A Bug’s Eye

The eyes indicate the antiquity of the soul.

I have a thing for older Volkswagen Beetles from the 60’s and 70’s. They were just a fun car to look at and I knew so many people who had them at one time or another. I have a story about an incident that happened in a VW Beetle that would surely leave you laughing, but to tell it would be admitting to my mother that as a teenager I was not a perfect angel. And although that was a long time ago, it’s not an illusion I’m prepared to dispel yet.

  1. Love it! And when I got the original message I expected to see an actual insect eye image, Imagine when I got to see my favorite car headlight.

  2. I don’t see the photographers reflection in the chrome. Like the eBay toaster that was floating all over the web at one point, With the fat naked man taking the picture.
