A Magical Smile

There is something magical about a child’s smile. That smile is able to convey simple fascination and the ability to wonder at things in the world that we adults have ceased to recognize as anything more than mundane. We should lament having lost so much, having become so callused by life that we can’t see all the reasons to smile and find joy in simply being.

Autumn and Bailey

I had the opportunity to photograph twins Autumn and Bailey yesterday. A really fun photo from the session came when the two kissed just as I was moving to change my position. I barely had time to react and catch the shot.
