Despite response to my prior post having been absurdly underwhelming, I am going to forge ahead — if but for my own amusement. Today’s image is not my typical style; it has been heavily processed, obscured and texturized. It’s another that’s been sitting in the queue, caught during one of my many walks downtown shooting the “Faces of Kissimmee” project. What do you think?
If you like the image, please share this post and let others know I’m here. ❤
I like the sheen of the figure very much. Am starting to experiment with some finishes too, but feel most comfortable keeping it as authentic as possible.

Thank you, Mike. I tried a few different things to bring out the figure from the rest of the image, but ultimately just boosted the luminosity of her dress to brighten her up. I appreciate your comment!

She’s the focal point of the shot and deservedly so. I think it can be hard to use effects to essentially alter the composition of a shot.

I love this! It has a lot of emotion and it feels “dream-like” Love the colors, too!
